Returns — 7-Day Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including all accessories and manuals).
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied if:

  • The item has been opened,
  • Is not in its original condition,
  • Or is missing parts or packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items (Free Replacement)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer free replacements at no cost to you.

To qualify:

  • You must provide photo proof of the damage/defect within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge—no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Please contact us if you are uncertain about your product’s eligibility.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
