How Pickup Works
- Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions, address, and available pickup hours.
- Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your items.
- Orders must be picked up within 7 days after receiving your pickup notification.
Pickup Requirements
- Items must be inspected at the time of pickup.
- ChairsInBulk.com is not responsible for damage that occurs after pickup.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photo proof of the damage.
- We will arrange a free replacement in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
